The 5 Forces

Lean and Six Sigma techniques are now over 20 years old. Whilst they will play. They are now a baseline for excellence, rather than .

We have identified 5 major trends - or forces - that will frame

  1. Lean Six Sigma’s evolution via more advanced mathematical / visual tools.
  2. The seamless interaction between evolving AI and people via new relationships and process thinking.
  3. The optimal balance between breakthrough innovation and continuous improvement.
  4. The rise of “Process Ergonomics”, taking into account human desires and capabilities in work situations.
  5. Change Management evolving to support significant ongoing transformation of organizations.

There are others, but mastering these 5 trends will be the ones that define a new level of results. They are the ones that Amazon is focusing special efforts on, creating an Amazon Pull that could leapfrog them ahead of the best efforts of its competitors.

It’s a capability no one can ignore or underestimate, but we believe it’s about to accelerate to a new level.
